Operation Geronimo (Osama bin Laden Operation) – A Criminal Mission?

Statement From the Family of Osama bin Laden – NYTimes.com.

Omar Osama bin Laden the fourth-son of Al-Qaeda’s leader Osama bin laden (OBL) in his statement given to New York Times on May 10, 2011 it said that he will protest against U.S arbitrary killing of  his father in the Operation Geronimo on May 02, 2011.

Omar included in his statementwhy an unarmed man was not arrested and tried in a court of law so that the truth is revealed to the people of the world.”

Omar in his statement that  U.S  violated international law by arbitrary killing Osama bin Laden without giving chance of his father rights to stand trial in the international court  of justice and also by burying OBL dead body at sea that brings  humiliation not only to OBL families but also to all Islamic people.

“it is a common knowledge that OBL’s family is residing at one place outside KSA, why they were not contacted to receive his dead body. His sudden and un witnessed burial at sea has deprived the family of performing religious rights of a Muslim man. ”

In his separate  statement that has seen on jihadist site Omar said on the part of his letter “We hold the American President (Barack) Obama legally responsible to clarify the fate of our father, Osama bin Laden, for it is unacceptable, humanely and religiously, to dispose of a person with such importance and status among his people, by throwing his body into the sea in that way, which demeans and humiliates his family and his supporters and which challenges religious provisions and feelings of hundreds of millions of Muslims.”…

With all the decision  made by the U.S President Hussein Barrack Obama OBL families  are now seeking for justice for their father unlawful execution and swift burial at sea.

“Failure to answer these questions will force us to go to International forum for justice such as International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice and UN must take notice of the violation of international law and assist us to have answers for which we are lawful in seeking them. A panel of eminent British and international lawyers is being constituted and a necessary action may be taken if no answers are furnished within 30 days of this statement. “
